Cancellation Policy
Parents Dream have the right to refuse the service if staff members are abused verbally or physically. A non refundable deposit of £50 must be made to secure the booking. The remaining amount must be paid a minimum of seven days prior to the date of the booking. If the remaining amount is not made seven days prior your party will be cancelled. Please ensure you read all TERMS AND CONDITIONS before you make a booking. Payment confirms your acceptance of the booking conditions. Our terms and conditions can be found on our website.
